Very honest and helpful people! If you have a question and they dont know the answer, they will look it up and educate themselves! I love going there because they always make you feel like your the only costumer! Great business!
This isn't a good smoke shop. They have quite a variety of stuff, but what they recommend for us was actually bad. At the very least it is clean and well put together in the store, and the staff are nice if not a bit awkward. The vape pen they recommend to us was complete trash. It clogged, burned way hotter than any I've ever used, and had many other issues.
I don't recommend coming here, if you can help it.
Lots of selections. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. MDog friggin killed it at making it quick and easy to buy exactly what I needed. I had no idea what I was looking for when I walked in, but I left with all my expectations met!
Went for kratom and I’m satisfied with the quality but the price was not very reasonable. But to be fair I normally order a kilo of Red Bali online and pay the same price in the store for only an 8 oz. bag.
Employees are nice quick to help with anything you need. Wish they opened a little earlier but hey can't beat banker's hours.
EDIT: This was many years ago they adapted a new program that I think it’s smart where the customer is encouraged to test the product before they leave and is told that moving forward everything will be your responsibility, so you are well informed. I’m really glad they made these changes and I feel it helps stop the confusion of situations like mine; THANKS. 🙏 Went from 1 star, to 3 ⭐️’s! I would go higher, but I don’t go there enough to give you a proper review further. I do need help with humidor stuff, maybe I’ll get a chance to stop back in now that things have changed. 😃 Staff continued to try and prove that my vape I just bought wasn’t broken when it was. Since; they have used all the coils that came with it. After they all smoked on it, and saw it was still broke, I have to leave it with them and come back. I live 50 miles away! Left the trash with them along with the receipt, and walked out. they were kind enough to passive aggressive say “HAPPY THANKSGIVING!” $27.99 vape —$ 40 gas = no vape & A not happy thanksgiving.
Fairly decent selection as well as pricing. I was a little upset after my boyfriend and I just made over $100 purchase and realized we needed another item that was under $10 and they have a minimum $10 card limit but overall staff was patient and polite.
